More than 730 job seekers connected with employers at the No Degree Required Hiring Event in Riverside, highlighting the power of real skills, real experience, and real opportunity coming together to champion talent and possibility.

The hiring event brought together 48 vendors including employers from the trades, government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere where abilities and potential truly took center stage. Recruiters focused on problem‑solving, hands‑on experience, and a willingness to learn, making the day feel more personal, more encouraging, and deeply rooted in opportunity.
