Early Childhood Development Education Stipend Program

Riverside County 2nd District Supervisor Karen Spiegel has launched the Early Childhood Development Education Stipend Program in partnership with Norco College. Students enrolled at Norco College and pursuing an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development may qualify for financial assistance of up to $6,000, with a maximum award of $1,000 per month. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must reside within the second district of Riverside County.
  • Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in the Early Childhood Development Program at Norco College.
  • Must be a student currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Development Program who is in the process of completing, or are on track to complete, the Practicum component of the curriculum.
