Riverside County Workforce Development Board Celebrates Year-End Achievements and Honors 2025 Award Winners

The Riverside County Workforce Development Board hosted its annual Year-End Meeting today, celebrating the transformative impact of workforce programs on local residents.
Over the past year, Workforce Development staff and partners supported 37,871 individuals across the county, served 1,147 youth, and engaged 1,227 businesses. The meeting highlighted key outcomes, including the employment of 667 CalWORKs recipients, 322 justice-impacted individuals, and the completion of 1,182 occupational and vocational training programs.
The event recognized several individuals and organizations whose contributions have significantly strengthened the workforce community over the past year.

The keynote address was delivered by Diane Tavenner, Co-Founder and CEO of Futre.me, an AI-powered platform that helps students explore and plan post–high school pathways. In her remarks, she underscored the importance of preparing students early for career and education opportunities, while affirming the dignity and value inherent in all professions that provide fulfillment in the workplace.
