Riverside County Employers: Don’t Miss Out on Up to $9,600!

The Employer Connect Program is nearing its final phase, giving businesses one last chance to participate before it wraps up.

Through this initiative, employers receive 100% wage reimbursement up to $20/hour for the first 480 hours—a total of $9,600 reimbursed for hiring and training a new employee.

Participants also benefit from a two‑hour virtual training for their new hire, focused on Riverside County’s homelessness services and referral resources equipping businesses with informed staff who can respond confidently and compassionately to homelessness‑related concerns.
