CalJobs ETPL

If you are interested in offering training under WIOA funding, you can learn more on the Employment Development Department's Eligible Training Provider List webpage at CalJOBS Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).

Interested training providers are requested to:

  1. Review the State of California WIOA Eligible Training Provider List Directive, including all attachments, and specifically attachment 1 Policy and Procedures to determine eligibility requirements.

  2. After confirming your provider eligibility, email the Riverside County ETPL Coordinator before completing your CalJOBS provider application.  Include your BPPE or other accreditation and website address. The Coordinator will contact you to assist with determining the required eligibility documents, as well as verifying program eligibility.

  3. Once you are an approved training provider on the ETPL, this helpful Flow Chart provides a visual of our process.
